Sugako was one of the best decisions we ever made in planning our destination wedding and we would choose her 1000x over if given the chance. Her meticulous attention to detail, organization, suggestions, vendor partners, and past experience at the resort we chose made the entire experience beyond seamless. We planned a 6 month engagement which is quite short, and yet she, every step of the way, took great care in capturing our vision and communicating with the vendors, hotel staff, guests, and our creative team to execute the wedding of our dreams. We experienced a slight hiccup at the venue which was nobody's fault except the hotel, and she was able to assist us in remedying the last minute changes thrust upon us. The wedding was flawless aside from that hiccup and we are so grateful for her help! She did EVERYTHING from table seating arrangements, to the final details on the rehearsal, florals, food, linen, and more. We will be recommending her to anyone we know doing a Hawaii wedding and if you're reading this, you found your wedding planner, don't look anywhere else!

We are so grateful to have had Sugako as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, and truly on top of every detail. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. She was always quick to answer questions, offer helpful suggestions, and ensure nothing fell through the cracks. On the wedding day, Sugako and her team were wonderful. Everything ran smoothly and right on schedule, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. They coordinated with all of our vendors, handled any behind-the-scenes issues seamlessly, and made sure we were always where we needed to be without ever making us feel rushed. I've known Sugako for over a decade and I can guarantee that she is one of the top wedding coordinators on the island of Oahu. Her communication skill as a wedding coordinator is on point, and she is good at making the wedding day run smoothly for both couples and us vendors. She always brings an assistant who could be our time-keeper and on-site helper for the couple's needs, while Sugako is making her magic to bring the wedding venue into a very beautiful party for her couples. It was such a pleasure working with Sugako! We had our wedding at the Hawaii Polo Club this past July and it was an amazing experience! Sugako acted as both our Day-Of Coordinator and Venue Coordinator, and it wouldn’t have been possible to put on the wedding without her! Though she was technically our Day-Of Coordinator, we started working with Sugako over a year before the wedding. Sugako’s advice throughout the process was incredibly helpful for our planning, and we felt like she was there with us every step of the way. She shared so much information with us early on and it really helped us plan for things that we wouldn’t have even considered without her help.
